Friends of Femili PNG and our fundraising teams are running to support survivors of family and sexual violence in PNG, because we believe that Women’s Rights are Human Rights: Everyone deserves to live a life free of violence!
Femili PNG provides access to the services, support and care that survivors, their families and communities need.
A variety of distances are available to suit all runners and walkers, depending on your age and ability.
The Friends of Femili PNG team would love for you to get involved, have fun and raise funds for a great cause!

Ready to #RunForFemiliPNG? It is a two-step process:
All runners and walkers must register for the Canberra Times Marathon, via the event website.
Friends of Femili PNG have a runners fund this year, so if you would like to Run for Femili PNG, and have your registration costs covered, please email us!
To Run for Femili PNG, you will also need to set up a Grassrootz fundraising page.
If you would like to fundraise with your friends or family, you can also join or create a fundraising team to maximise your fundraising goals!

If you prefer cheering to running, we’d love your support! You can donate to your favourite runner, or email us if you are keen to volunteer your time to support the runners and walkers.

Friends of Femili PNG is an ANCP accredited organisation. Every donation you make will be combined with funding from the Australian Government to reach more people. We have committed to contribute $1 for every $5 we receive from the Australian government. Your donation will allow us to extend our programmes in Papua New Guinea, reaching more survivors of family and sexual violence.
